| Mr. Rosen is a Chicago based inventor and entrepreneur. He founded CII in 2007. Prior to founding CII, he has been a Managing Director of a Japanese Investment Bank in Tokyo, K.K. Aston Holdings. He has also served as the President and founder of other companies including LinkCo. He is a graduate of MIT, Sloan Business School, 1985, who specializes in the creation of cross-cultural organizations. A visionary leader, David has a thorough understanding of technology trends and has been in the forefront of path-breaking ventures taking advantage of how different businesses adapt to new venture. |

Dr. Bi Heping is Senior Cultural Advisor and Co-Founder of CII. |
| Dr. Bi holds a PhD in mathematics. He got his bachelor’s degree at Nankai University, Tianjin, China and got his PhD degree at the Second Academy of the Aerospace Ministry, China. He studied English at the Beijing Language Institute, now Beijing Language and Culture University. Dr. Bi focuses on enterprise management. Based on his experience as a CEO and General Manager of China Chang Feng Group, Beijing Chang Feng Industry Corp., Ltd, he created the “Token Command” Management Method, which is an event–oriented manage method for office management. The software based on his theory, J&TM, is used all over China. |
